This is the Program Flyer and Registration Form page. In order to view the different programs, you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program installed on your computer.

If you don't already have the Acrobat Reader program on your computer, you can get a FREE copy from Adobe. Simply click on the red and white "Get Adobe Reader" logo below and you will be taken to the Adobe web site.

Read the instructions on the page, download and install the program onto your computer. Once the program is installed, you may view the Program Flyer.

PLEASE NOTE: After printing out the Registration Form, please either bring it in or mail it with the appropriate fee to the Bethel Parks & Recreation Department. Please make checks payable to Bethel Parks and Recreation.
